Design/Build construction of a new ground-up 2,700 square foot medical
clinic and office building. This clinic consists of 3 patient care
rooms and a processing area. There are also administrative and marketing offices, lab equipment, courier support, storage and break areas.

Complete remodel of a 2,500 square foot office space. The clinic has 3
esthetician rooms, laser and surgical procedure rooms,
consultation and staff offices. There is a comfortable waiting area
complete with a fire place and hot beverage center, as well as a state
of the art product display area and reception desk to service
patients.

New addition construction
and complete remodel of an existing 2,000 square foot orthodontic clinic
building. This clinic consists of patient consultation, exam, and treatment rooms,
office, lounge and a sterilization/lab area. It was constructed while the owner
continued to do business. The building was closed only for a 2 week period.

Created a 6,000 square foot, 14 bed Children's Crisis Care facility on
the Compass Health main campus for at-risk youths. This fully
sprinklered, electronically monitored facility included kitchen and
staff areas, showers, sleeping rooms and classroom facilities. |
