Tom Toepfer, Owner Tom started his construction career working for his father in 1970 in his hometown of Lansing, Illinois, a suburb south of Chicago. He has been active in the commercial construction business since 1989, and founded Tower Pacific Construction in Mount Vernon in 1998.

Jeff Wagenbach
is our Project Manager and has over 20 years of experience in
construction, management, design, drafting, marketing and computers.
Along with Tom he is responsible for managing and directing our team of
professionals. |
